Warranty and returns scandcar

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within a period of 14 days, without any reason being required. If you have placed an order as a business customer (acting in the exercise of your profession or business), you are not entitled to this, unless separate agreements have been made about this.

The 14-day period ends at different times, depending on the order:

The period of 14 days ends after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, has received the product;
If you have ordered several products with different delivery times in one order, the period of 14 days ends after the day on which you received the last product or part;
Once you have agreed on a regular delivery of products with us, the period of 14 days will expire after the day on which you or a third party designated by you have received the first product from the series of deliveries.
You can cancel your purchase by sending us the model withdrawal form (digital or otherwise) or by otherwise unambiguously informing us that you are canceling the purchase. In the event of a digital notification, we will confirm receipt of that notification. After the notification, you must also return the products as soon as possible, but in any case within another 14 days.

If you do not want to use the option to register a return first, you can also return the products immediately within the stated period of 14 days. We do ask whether you can add the completed model form to the products, or make it clear in some other way that it concerns a return.

We request that you return the product as much as possible in the original packaging and to do this in suitable shipping packaging. During the stated period of 14 days you can do with the product what is reasonably necessary to assess the product. It is permitted to try out the product as you would, for example, in a physical store. You can also remove the product from the packaging, unless the packaging contains a seal. If it is not necessary to unpack it, you do not need to open the package. If you have done more than was necessary to try/review the product, we may charge you for this. This concerns costs equal to the depreciation of the product.

Refund
If you cancel the agreement, you will receive all payments, including delivery costs for the outbound shipment, as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days after you have indicated that you have canceled the agreement. We will refund you with the same payment method you used to pay, unless you agree on a different method with us. If you have opted for a more expensive shipping method than our standard shipping method, you will only receive the amount of the standard shipping method back. We may withhold payment until we have received the products or until you have demonstrated that the products have been returned.

You bear the costs for the return shipment yourself.

Exceptions
Not all products can be returned, below you will find a list of products that cannot be returned or only under special conditions.

Products that are made to your specification(s) (customization) cannot be returned;
Products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life cannot be returned;
For products that cannot be returned after opening/removal of the seal for hygienic/health reasons. These products can only be returned sealed;
CDs, DVDs, Blu-Ray discs or software etc. whose seal has been broken cannot be returned;
Loose newspapers, magazines or magazines cannot be returned.

Only undamaged items will be returned.

Warranty on the Volvo parts due to manufacturing defects is 1 year. Items can be exchanged, with the exception of electrical parts.

Revision/exchange parts and return items must be returned clean and in a sufficiently stamped envelope or package. to:

Shipping costs are in most cases about 20 euro
